Jared Hanis

Jared Hanis serves as Chief Operating Officer of BeLeaf Medical, bringing nearly two decades of executive and operational leadership experience across multiple industries, including energy, mining, transportation, agriculture, and retail. Before joining BeLeaf, Jared held senior leadership positions with Agtegra Cooperative, Casey’s General Stores, and Marathon Petroleum Corporation, where he built a reputation for driving operational excellence, improving financial performance, implementing innovative technologies, and developing high-performing teams. His accomplishments have earned industry recognition, including the TMW Innovator of the Year and Iowa Motor Truck Association Maintenance Champion awards. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Strategic Leadership Certification from the University of Utah.
