“My favorite Sinse product is hands down the Sinse Fire. Whether it’s a true Sinse specialty with the Frosted Cooler x Cornucopia to chill out or the Jungle Cookie x Cap Junky to go out! There have been such good strain combinations that have always hit just perfect for that time of the day or the effect I was looking for.”

Cannabis 101

Marijuana Opportunity Reinvestment and Expungement (MORE) Act

The MORE Act is a bill that would remove cannabis from the federal Controlled Substances Act — i.e. fully deschedule it. That changes everything: it would empower states to set their own rules, open up SBA loans to cannabis businesses, tax cannabis sales at the federal level, and ensure past cannabis convictions don’t bar access to housing, loans, or other federal benefits. The bill has passed the House multiple times but has not yet cleared the Senate, reflecting the ongoing divide in Congress on federal cannabis reform. We are actively monitoring its progress, as any movement in Congress could reshape the regulatory and investment landscape for the industry.

Fun Fact: The MORE Act currently has 55 sponsors across 25 states — more than all other cannabis-related bills filed this Congress combined.
